Uniform Policy
This policy is intended to be read by parents of children at Reaside Academy. Uniform is compulsory at Reaside Academy and we are proud of our uniform. We believe that wearing uniform promotes a sense of belonging and unity. Wearing the uniform helps to maintain our calm school approach, whilst reinforcing our school value of Responsibility.
Uniform Policy
Wearing a uniform helps to establish strength in our Reaside family approach. We expect all children to wear:
Uniform
- Black or dark grey trousers. No jogging bottoms, leggings or jeans.
- Black or dark grey knee length skirt
- White or light blue shirt, blouse or polo-neck T-shirt.
- Royal blue jumper or sweatshirt (with or without the Reaside Logo)
- Royal blue cardigan (with or without the Reaside Logo)
- Blue Gingham summer dress
- Flat black school shoes. No trainers, canvas shoes or plimsolls.
PE Uniform
- Plain White T-shirt.
- Black or navy blue plain shorts
- Black pumps or trainers. No high tops.
- Jogging bottoms, leggings and a navy blue sweatshirt – used in cold weather.
Second hand uniform is available from the Rubery Swap shop.
